TEPT was appointed operator of the Joint Venture. Its role was to manage the operations of the Joint Venture and to prepare the transfer of operatorship to PTTEP. The transfer of technology, managed by both companies as a project, led to the transfer of operatorship in June 1998. The Joint Venture, the Project Management and the Technology Transfer implemented by PTTEP and TEPT will successively be analyzed in order to determine whether or not the operatorship transfer has been fully and successfully accomplished.
