This is followed by the demand side (revenue) studies (Chapter 31. The issues of demand and tariffs , the major determinants of revenue , are extensively dealt with. Chapter 4 brings the cost and revenue aspects together and goes on with a discussion on viability indictors. An effort has been made to emphasis the need for establishing the conventions which realistically account for the eventualities that characterise such projects .
