The combination of multicast routing and quality of service characteristics helps to handle the technical requirements and brings good services to endusers. Though there has been a large number of works relating QoS routing, there still exist problems. Those are: finding routing framework to deal with dynamic network variations (inaccurate parameters), framework to deal with scalability problems or the one that work with the combination of parameters. This research work proposes an extension to Distributed Routing Algorithm (DRA) for supporting multicast routing. The proposed algorithm is Multicast Distributed Routing Algorithm (MDRA). This algorithm can run with the number of sources and destinations greater than or equal to one. We observe that MDRA brings better network performance by reducing network overhead while still keep the call admission ratio in an acceptable range.
