In particular, Vietnam's construction industry has been modernized with a number of outstanding high-rise buildings. Construction of residential areas and office developments can be considered as spearhead of the construction industry. More and more Contractors are established and compete fiercely on price, quality, site performance, in which construction quality is a decisive factor in competitiveness. However, in the construction industry, all stakeholders are more focused on their actual work, activities are usually very traditional ways of doing things. Thus, they may not pay attention to modern theories and practices obtained from textbooks or literature. As a result, their organization may have missed out on the benefits that could be gained from adaptation of the Quality Management System. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to discover a more suitable quality management system that can be applied to the construction of high-rise residential buildings. Finally, through theories and the case study, an important objective is develop a general frame of implementing the Quality Management System in Construction Stage into next constructions projects in the future.
