Th is research is to examine the cause of success and failure of the School Lunch Program in term of accessibility, Students' participation, community participation. It was discovered that accessibility and participation is influenced in success and failure of its program. Lastly, discussion for improvement were given, together with a suggestion of a appropriate model of the School Lunch Program.
