An experiment.aJ study on droplet combustion reveaJed that the higher the concentrnLion of torrefied wood, the less is 1J1e flame appeanmce and Lhe longer is !he glowing period. In droplet combustion of wrrefied wood-water slurry. water evapornr.as first, leavi11g wrrefied wood agglomerate Io bum slowly with a hngnt glow.
