A project is a combination of complex activities under the definite starting point and end point. It unites with many organization of owner, designer, consultant and contractor depend on bidding type. Project management manages to achieve the objectives and satisfaction of the client by providing service to manage the cost, quality and time with the approved design and specification adding with the safety and environmental aspects. Thus, consultants project management system is a vital role of the construction phase. This report is shown for the practice of consultant project management with the case study. It is shown how consultant team manage to contractor in each item of design management during construction phase, schedule, cost, quality and health, safety and environmental in startup, during and end of construction. From the practice, this report analyzes the strengths, weakness and recommendation in each management. From the analysis, a framework develops by adding the existing system to be more efficient for consultants project management. Nowadays, it had seen many accidents or failures in constructions especially in developing countries under lack of supervision, quality and design. This report might help some parts to develop or share knowledge the project management in construction.
