Forestland allocation project in Quang Nam province has implemented to improve the condition conserve forest effectively, to improve quality of life of community people. This case study has undertaken at Tong Coi village, Ba commune, Dong Giang district, Quang Nam province, Vietnam to evaluate the impact of forestland allocation project after implementation. The main objective of the study was to check as to how the forest and forestry land allocation program has impacted the forest and local people's employment and income opportunities necessary. After two months implementation was colleted through a household survey, group discussion and informal interviews. The Tong Coi village people are involvement in management. The condition is improving moderate after forestland allocation. The tree density is enhancement; forest area has also expanded. In addition, the project has brought out positive and negative economic of community in Tong Coi village. Although, income from collection forest products is reducing because they could not collect anything from forest after implementation project. The total income of villagers has increase as most households are getting income from crop production and livestock raising supported by the project. Besides, they are also earning income from wage labor and plantation and pruning. However, this income still is low comparing with other areas. Most of Tong Coi villagers still is below poverty line. Moreover, the project is not creating new employment opportunities as the policy maker's hope. The author can conclude that the pilot project have brought out the initial success after three years implementation. However, if the policy maker want to long term in forest management then requiring that the state have to continuously support more program, projects and activities and policy in short-term and long-term have been recommended
