Optical transducer based on on-axis coupling between two plastic fibers - Pathum Thani : Asian Institute of Technology, 2015 - 12 leaves : ill. + 1 online resource - Caps. Proj. ; no. EL-15-06 . - Asian Institute of Technology. Caps. Proj. ; no. EL-15-06 .
A capstone project report submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Engineering Electronics Engineering, School of Engineeringa and Technology
Capstone Project (B.Sc.)-Asian Institute of Technology, 2015
Using the technology advantages of plastic optical fiber, this project is conducted by performing the experiments to provide the relative measurement between the intensity ratio of modulated signals and refractive index value of sample liquids. Through the transmitting signals from a light emitting diode (LED) to a received photodiode, the peak-to-peak voltage value changes over medium changes in the path of transmission are analyzed and presented.
