| Summary, etc. | Thailand{u2019}s service and industrial sectors were significantly damaged during the COVID-19 pandemic. This necessitates the implementation of sustainable postpandemic recovery tactics, and the development of diverse values through innovation, geared towards sustainable development and growth. This research reviews previous studies regarding innovative sustainable business models and the development and delivery of sustainable value propositions. Semi-structured interviews were conducted in Kiriwang Village, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand, in order to observe the current conditions of three GDP sectors (agriculture, service, and industry) and, in combination with the innovative sustainable business model, to develop and deliver the diverse value propositions for related parties, as well as to improve the community and environment. From the data analysis, it was found that the income of most of the participants was significantly reduced. Also, two pandemic-related cases with positive economic outcomes were utilized, mainly due to their implementation of digital marketing and online platforms. From an environmental perspective, Kiriwang Village has significant and abundant natural resources that provide residents with a relatively high-quality lifestyle; therefore, most participants in all business sectors agreed that environmental protection should be implemented, despite the village{u2019}s environmental management system not being up-todate. Additionally, a lack of education about environmental protection and knowledge of waste control are the main environmental issues Kiriwang Village currently faces. Since a wider variety of businesses have established themselves in the village, the social climate within the village has changed. The positive aspects of this change include greater diversity among social groups and more promotion of Kiriwang Village as a whole, while negative impacts include residents becoming more self-oriented as competition between businesses rises. The value proposition, which was ultimately recommended, took into consideration a combination of the conditions existing in Kiriwang Village, suggestions from the interview participants, and successful case studies from other countries which had similar conditions. Following this are the proposed digital marketing, online platforms, environmental management systems, environment pollution early warning systems, turning waste into benefits, and ecotourism, recommended as having sustainable values to be integrated into Kiriwang{u2019}s innovative sustainable business model in the post-pandemic period. |
