520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This study explores how Thien Long Group, a leading office supplies manufacturer in Vietnam, engages with its key stakeholders - employees, customers, suppliers, and shareholders - in the development and implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies. As Vietnam transitions from a frontier to an emerging market, companies are under growing pressure to adopt sustainable business practices that align with international expectations. The research uses a qualitative case study approach, including semi-structured interviews and document analysis, to examine stakeholder involvement and assess the effectiveness of current engagement efforts. Findings indicate that while Thien Long Group has made progress in integrating ESG principles, there are notable gaps in awareness and alignment among stakeholder groups. Employees and customers exhibit limited understanding of ESG, while investors and suppliers emphasize the need for clearer financial justification and structured communication. The study highlights the importance of improving internal ESG education, strengthening supplier collaboration, and enhancing customer-facing sustainability messaging. It also stresses the role of governance oversight and the need to align ESG initiatives with long-term business objectives. By applying stakeholder theory and reviewing practical engagement mechanisms, this research contributes to the evolving discourse on ESG adoption in emerging markets. The study provides actionable recommendations for Thien Long Group and other Vietnamese companies seeking to enhance their ESG strategies through effective stakeholder engagement
