With the main product, new technology, and largest number of machinery and Human resource (management and workforce) effectiveness is a key factor in commercial performance, and in the future it will be more strategic to competitive success. In the next few years, the many challenges and opportunities set up for Ha Tien 1, when finish construction and assemble machinery line of Binh Phuoc plant and Southern grinding station adding new technologies and expanding outputs with the possibility of merging Ha Tien 1 and 2 will put a higher premium on management and workforce performance, skill and economic efficiency. The skills of the labour were assessed and, more importantly, the enterprise training approach was reviewed for adequacy in terms of approach.
