Summary, etc. Application of chemical fertilizers has promoted dramatically for increasing of productivity of food in the world and this lead to increasing of application chemical fertilizers in worldwide. On the other hand, that impact environment due to excessive of usage chemical fertilizers. Moreover, synthetic chemical pesticides decrease quality of soil. Biofertilizers are alternative fertilizers and necessary components integration of nutrients management. These Biofertilizers would be the key to increase yield of crop, sustainability of soils and are ecofriendly and effectiveness of cost for farmer. The limitation of biofertilizers are taking long time to obtain clearly result because the microorganism from soil has competition with biofertilizers. In this study, commercial liquid biofertilizers were explored to isolate the microorganisms namely, Deinococcus wulumuqiensis WT/1A, Micrococcus yunnanensis TSA9, Pseudomonas stutzeri DSM 5190, Micoccus yunnansis antCr86, Staphylococcus arlettae PMN and Bacillus aryabhattai B8W22(T) by sequencing of 16s rDNA. Those microorganisms were further characterized for morphology and biochemical test. The waste water containing high amount of carbon source and nitrogen source such as amino acid from monosodium glutamate production factory was used as medium to grow the microorganisms. The maximum number of microorganisms found was 5{u00D7}109 cfu/ml in NB while liquid biofertilizers fermented by monosodium glutamate waste-water were 1.02{u00D7}108 cfu/ml. In addition, the specific growth rate of biofertilizers fermented by nutrient was double to monosodium glutamate waste-water. In this study, using difference coagulation fluid and post-coagulate fluid were used for multilayer beads to obtain the highest entrapment efficiency. Finally, the control release of microencapsulation was measured by inoculation the beads into soil. As a result, the single-layer beads release microorganism in 4 hours and remain till 12 hours while multilayer bead release in 24 hours and remain further 24 hours.
