Summary, etc. Motorcycle is one of the most popular mode of transportation in Thailand. Also, it is one of vulnerable road user, this is reveled in the combined number of injury and fatality from road accident statistic in Thailand. With a rise in popularity of food delivery service due to COVID-19 pandemic, motorcycle user found a way to earn additional income by working as a food delivery rider.Focus of this study is to understand relationship between food delivery rider characteristic and safety related countermeasure which provide by food delivery platform with experience in an accident and risk behavior to give an overview and recommendation to enhance safety while working of food delivery rider. This research adopted self-report questionnaire to collect the data. For data analysis process, descriptive analysis and regression analysis was applied with the study. Regression analysis was done by binary logistic model and ordinal logistic model. The result shown that accident tend to happen with food delivery rider who has higher income, working as a food delivery rider as a main job, has an experience in using another individual{u2019}s ID and has an experience in receiving a ticket. Furthermore, some variables such as being male, younger age, higher working hour and high expectation of getting called by the officer has a relationship in increasing probability of attempting risk behavior. In the other hand, rider who has higher level of education and has an experience in training about safe riding are less likely to attempt risk behavior. For safety related countermeasure, the result shown that accident tend to occur with food delivery rider who receive free accident insurance. However, situation report feature is help in reduce attempting of risk behavior. As a result of an analysis, it is recommended that training must be provided by platform, government and relate organization, the platform should examine ID of work more seriously, traffic regulation must be revised, food delivery platform should not provide free accident insurance without any requirement and situation report feature should be applied in food delivery rider application to enhance safety while working of food delivery rider.
