(b) Users can define the levels and use the package to plot the wave distribution chart. (c) The historical data can be stored in a magnetic tape for reprocessing later later if necessary. The package is fully modulized and well documented, so it is easy to modify or translate to other computer language if necessary, Besides, the main part of this package, 'CONTOUR', can be used separately as a complete subroutine while the mathematical model (for sheltering test) can be developed in the future.
