The uniqueness of this investment is caused by the tariff fare constraint set up by the government. Because of this factor, companies compete each other by providing better service to the customer and cost efficiency. Surabaya, similar to other big cities, is estimated to have a good market for transportation business, especially limited public transportation such as taxis, due to the big role of the city, high income per-capita, and dynamic activities of people there. Although it is predicted that a taxi business would have a good prospect, the scrutiny of the project is required by the new investor. So a feasibility study must be conducted. This study is related to the feasibility of the project from the investor point of view in marketing, technical, and financial aspects. The studies in the marketing aspect using experts' opinion, and technical aspects by surveying yield a conclusion that this business will run well. The study in financial aspects shows that this project will give high return of approximately 45.26%. From the result of sensitivity analysis, we also conclude that the project is feasible with low risk.
