The improving of power factor from 0.8 to 0.9 by selecting capacitor banks to reduce the reactive power. Furthermore the future expansion and operation and maintenance are studied. Also consider about the economic evaluation for selecting the best of three voltage levels by comparing some characteristics above. Finally the environment domain is focused by considering the visual impact, social impact and health impact.
