Our discussion focus on two issuess: First: The current status of China's petroleum industry, including reserves, capacity of production, domestic oil consumption, petroleum export and downstream industry. Second: The formulation of petroleum export policies which pursued at international trade balance, satisfying domestic oil demand and optimal social and economic benefit. Applying method determines priorities of the strategies, sub strategies and the policies in order to implement the desired objective.
