The whole mechanism is carried out using 2ArduinoMega3 microprocessor board two USB cameras and the PC. Color based image tracking was used in the process, while the methods of shape context, contour analysis and color segmentation was used to inspect the shape, size and color of the chicken piece respectively. For the mechanical system two conveyor belts were used with a rotating gripper to flip the chicken piece. Results shows that the over roll error of inspecting chicken pieces and delivering results were not exceeded 18%.
