To be able to cope with these factors, it is necessary to adapt the different value of cultures. The purpose of this study was mainly focused on Culture Dimensions which are defined in the Myanmar Business Environment. This study identifies the specific dimensions of the Myanmar Culture. The results confirm the major differences between expatriate international cultural dimensions and those of the local employees in Myanmar. This research will help people to be aware of the similarities and differences between cultural groups, examine the key attitudes analyze the important behaviors and identify the need to adopt. Understanding cultural differences is critical to create cooperation in the organization. Failure to do this leads to conflict. Adaptation of both the expatriates and local people is possible through better training, team work and socialization.
