In order to be able to the analytical framework and provide alternative solutions, firstly, the Internet Service Providers in Cambodia were profiled. These profiles focus on their organization structure, their business& finance, their technology, and their future plans. Secondly, the Electronic Commerce is implemented by interviewing 10 companies (Travel agents, Hotel and Handicraft) for understanding their motivation, their expectation towards the electronic commerce. Besides, in order to make this research in a real practice a web site was created to design their products and services on the Internet. Finally, a survey was also conducted to Cambodian Internet end-users to get their motivation regarding Internet use, Electronic commerce and regarding a popular web site in Khmer.
