The effect of saline intrusion on the earnings of plantation laborers at SSAVIGROUP in Thanh Phu District, Ben Tre Province, Vietnam, is investigated in this study. In addition to examining SSAVIGROUP's commercial resilience in these circumstances, it investigates the ways in which environmental deterioration jeopardizes financial security, job stability, and general well-being. In order to uncover important ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) opportunities and problems, the research uses a mixed-methods methodology that includes surveys, interviews, and stakeholder assessments. Results show that saline intrusion has a major impact on worker productivity, job security, and health, which fuels more migration and unstable economies. Furthermore, stakeholder analysis employing the Power-Interest Matrix and the Stakeholder Salience Model emphasizes how important business accountability, investor involvement, and governmental regulations are to reducing these risks. The study suggests specific preventative and mitigation tactics, including as community-based adaption initiatives, ESG integration, and sustainable farming methods. SSAVIGROUP can improve its resilience, protect livelihoods, and take the lead in climate-adaptive agriculture innovation by tackling these issues.
