The study employed SWOT to analyze, the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. In addition, data were collected by conducting interviews at different levels within local businesses both in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh branches. Issues were identified, the solutions for improvement was recommended on this project which included short-term and long-term solutions for the Finance Department. Productivity and effectiveness of work are focused on this project as it need at all business and all of functions among the business. There are several factors is identified for improvement including process, staff training and database contribute to the improvement of productivity. This project was my study with recommendation and work done during the period 2018-2019 at BNP Paribas Vietnam.
