To match these attributes the desired technological capabilities are identified and a Technology Strategy - Technology Capability (TSTC) Matrix is then developed. This matrix c;:in be then applied for the purpose of matching technology strategy with technology capability. The methodology is applied to a aircraft company in Indonesia. Based on the finding relevant conclusions about the company technology strategy and technological capability are drawn. The limitations of the methodology and suggestion for further work are also included.
