Because of the quality management system has not been paid much attention, many weaknesses and defects are occurred more and more and the Government faced complained from public about that project. With this regard, this report has been analyzed based on quality management system of expressway project and discussed clearly about the whole project life cycle. This report also pointed out the strength and weakness of this project. According to the practice process, the report proposed the owner{u2019}s quality management system framework for developing road construction project in Myanmar. Moreover, some recommendations were suggested to improve the performance in terms of expressway project
