The primary objectives of this research study is to observe the inter district variation in enrollment,school droout and gender gap in primary education,This study also focus on primary completion rate and variation in primary completion among districts of Balochistan.This study also seeks to identify and analyze the reasons of non-enrollment and school dropout in primary education among all 30 districts of province of Balochistan. Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan in area, covering 45% of total area of Pakistan with population of around 7.8 million .According to government of Pakistan it has been administratively divided into 30 districts.Composite indices were applied on variable stok now inter districts variations, districts were analyzed in two aspects, first on number of schools,teachers, enrollment,completion and then composite indices were applied gender wise to know the gender gap in primary education, further more districts were categorized and disparity has been shown by developing maps, districts were also categorized on basis of basic facilities, cross tabulation was applied to show disparity among the districts. The result reveals that Balochist an remains the most backward in primary education as compare to other provinces of the country, there isn{u2019}t any district which comes in to highly developed district wither on primary completion or basic facilities provision, even among the districts there is huge gap in primary enrollment,drop out and gender wise primary schooling, completion rate also varies district to district. Through categorizing the districts about basic facilities as an indicator reveals that except school building (classrooms), remaining all basic facilities are missing in all urban and rural districts, enrollment and dropout varies at divisions and districts depending upon the mother literacy. Teacher student ratio in almost 75% districts more than the normal class enrollment per teacher, which indicates towards the less teachers appointed to teach to primary students, more than 50% was the ratio per teacher in primary schools of the province.
