The effect of sea level rise on flow characteristics of the Lower Mekong Basin River has been detected under various magnitude orders of rising sea level and flow enter into the Mekong Delta with different scenarios due to the "Greenhouse Effect" during the dry season. These information are useful picture knew as a forecasting the variation of water level, freshwater discharge distribution and salinity intrusion along the Mekong River and Bassac River due to the changes of boundary conditions. In case of predicting of flow into the Mekong Delta under different scenarios, the General Circulation Models, i.e GISS, GFDL, UKMO models are used to produce the daily rainfall at six stations upper part of the Lower Mekong Basin, i.e Chiangrai, Luang Prabang, Vientiane, Nakon Phanom, Mukdahan and Pakse. The rainfall-runoff model developed for Pakse is applied to get the discharge at Pakse. The discharge at Kratie was found by suitable relationship between discharge at that station and that of at Pakse, Finally daily discharge at Phnompenh knew as flow enter the Mekong Delta, had been transferred from those of Kratie. The sea level rise scenarios could be extracted from various Research Institutes and Agencies, i. e the Environmental Protection Agency, National Center for Atmospheric Research. The Meksal Model is concentratedly used to yield the results for all cases of computation considering the two boundary conditions mentioned above. The results of computation convinciably give the good scene of forecast of the flow features of the Lower Mekong Basin River.
