  <abstract>This thesis proposes  a spare  part  classification  method  based  on  Analytical  Hierarchy Process  (AHP)  to  define  the  item{u2019}s  criticality.  Moreover,  the  inventory management according to each type of spare{u2019}s critical level will be introduced to propose the solution for the trade-off situation between preventing overstock and risk of spare{u2019}s shortage.</abstract>
