The analysis of internal and external factors of the organization is taken into consideration. The study commenced with the examination of the current situation of credit implemented by GRET and assessed the perceptions of managers regarding the performance achieved from this implementation. The study founded that the overall performance of GRET is poor. This is resulted from the internal organizational weaknesses and some external factors that are out of the control of the organization. The study recommended that GRET should increase the amount of loans provided and decrease the interest rate structure. The loans life cycle is very important factor also that GRET should day it from one to two years or more than. Moreover, GRET should focus mainly its manpower development in order to strengthen its internal organizational management. GRET should change it form from NGO to commercial bank that financial autonomy.
