A systematic procedure was proposed for the study. The study was carried out in three stages. The first stage involved collecting information on the capability of local builders when using the construction methods which were to be studied. The construction methods studied were; traditional, partial prefabrication (concrete block bearing wall), prefabricated beam-column and prefabricated panel method. The second stage involved engineering analysis of the different structures. The last three methods were designed with the same architectural requirements as the traditional. The third stage was economic analysis, yielding the construction cost of each method. The study result indicated that the prefabricated panel system is the most suitable one UR - http://203.159.5.9/ait-thesis/detail.php?q=B22932 ER -
