  <abstract>Nepalese Vodka has unique taste. The company, which is producing Vodka in Nepal, has the latest technology (Himalayan Distillery Pvt. Ltd.); through by that they are producing the finest alcohol with concentration of 97.6%. In India there are very few company who are producing Vodka in macro level. This project is conducted to determine the market entry mode of Vodka to India. In order to choose the entry mode for Vodka, various features of entry mode are analyzed. There are six possible entry modes are analyzed for this product. The best and most feasible alternatives for entry modes would be wholly owned subsidiary and joint venture. However there are advantages and disadvantages in using both alternatives. This project reviews the benefits and disadvantages of both alternatives. Regarding the entry operation this project examines that it could able to maintain the strategic Vodka in future because by 2004 market is going more open than now. This project suggests that in initial stage of Vodka should have to launch in Delhi city in India. Finally, the estimated implementation plan is discussed.  </abstract>
