Radio frequency identification (RFID) is non-line-of-sight ability to communicate and automatic identification technology. Tracking system can locate the flow of production in real»time which increase customer reliability. RFID and Geographic Information System (GIS) integrated technologies take the manufacturer get rid of traditional system by implementing inventory database and web tracking system. Unique primary key is designed to connect all inventory databases together, which will be real-time stock monitoring in warehouse by inspectors. Moreover user and inspector staff can use this key for tracking their product from warehouse to customer via internet web-base. Web-tracking system is designed for visualization of products from warehouse to customers, which is designed in friendly user interface for both customers and inspector staffs. The proposed system utilizes web based technologies, Global Positioning System (GPS) and RFID tags, to help inspectors to monitor and track their products until it reaches to the customers. This first utility of the proposed system is stock management, production analyst can check the stock of productions via internet website in real-time. Secondly, RFID reduces time for mass production during check type stock in and out. Finally, an inspector staff utilizes real-time map to track the vehicle's location and goods monitoring continuously. Only limited testing of the system has been performed.
