According to Khurshid & Islam (2024), investing in legal compliance with sustainability requirements is an effective governance strategy that enables businesses to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and effectively mitigate ESG-related risks. Furthermore, Dimic (2024) emphasizes the importance of innovative financial instruments, such as green SPACs, which allow companies to comply with legal standards through strategic investment in sustainable practices. By adopting a comprehensive ESG framework, Thien Long Group can align its corporate governance with global best practices, ensuring not only compliance with local regulations but also securing a competitive market position. The company can effectively manage ESG risks, foster sustainability, and enhance resilience in its operational framework. This project research examines how TLG can mitigate legal risks through a robust governance structure that ensures compliance and also promotes ethical and transparent business practices.
