However, successful MRP requires the manufactmfag organization to be integrated with a formal Rystem. It requires discipline; procedural reform is necessary to make the members believable. This study focuses its attention on the benefits and the problems of MRP system. Based on ft. syntheRis study of the assumption and prerequisite of MRP and its logic, a model reflects to the benefits and the problems of MRP. Siam Kubota Diesel Co.,Ltd. was selected to study the benefits obtained and problems arising and using of MRP. From the case study, it has been found that management style and effectiveness of human resource management have a major influence in obtaining the benefits and reducing the problems. Recommendations have been proposed based on the finding to increase the benefits.
