  <abstract>Nowadays, wireless communication has been using widely. In middle up to large scale network, network management is a difficult task to do because of the complexity of the traditional network. Software-Defined Networking has been introduced to centrally control the network by using software applications. Quality of Service is a technology to guarantee network ability to run high demand applications and traffic under limited network capacity. This thesis is about an experiment on network traffic engineering by having QoS provisioning on SDN enabled network. This thesis simulates by using Mininet and Ryu controller. In the simulation, the net work topology is a wireless local area network with three classes of traffic, VoIP, Video streaming, and file transfer. From the simulation, there is no difference between best effort and QoS provisioning when the resource is sufficient for all of the traffic flow and QoS provisioning starts to has effects when the resource is not sufficient in the second and third scenario. In the end, an adaptive Quality of Service can be implemented on Software-Defined Networking architecture and can provide QoS provisioning and get more user connec tion flows. </abstract>
