It is an important taslc to determine right national oil export policy This study deals with the China's petroleum export policies. Our discussion focus on two issuess: First: The current status of China's petroleum industry, including reserves, capacity of production, domestic oil consumption, petroleum export and downstream industry. Second: The formulation of petroleum export policies which pursued at international trade balance, satisfying domestic oil demand and optimal social and economic benefit.
