Web Services have many components; for example, SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), WSDL (Web Services Description Language), UDDI (Universal Description Discovery and Integration), and XML (eXtensible Markup Language). Popular languages in web services are C++, Java, and C#. In this study, a comparative analysis of C++, Java, and C# related to web services development will be conducted. Also, calculator a web application, which is a simple web service, will be created. The environments of three languages, which are use for creating web services, is gSOAP compiler (for C++), J2SE and JWSDP (for Java) , and Visual Studio.NET (for C#).
