The criterion for design decisions is the generation or a least-cost system. The basis for the model is the application of non-uniform increment state dynamic programming as the optimization tool. Two examples of storm sewer system are used as a basis t or illustrating different aspects of the least-cost design and developing the pipe subsystem only and pipe , open channel combined system UR - http://203.159.5.9/ait-thesis/detail.php?q=B20591 ER -
