<br/><br/> Vietnamese leasing industry is now in danger of high competition from foreign financial institutions due to the globalization, regional integration and Vietnam - USA bilateral trade agreement. This study is undertaken to determine the grow strategies to compete in the changing environment in leasing industry of Vietnam. The company selected is in crossroad. The research study analyzed the internal and external situation of the company. Finally, it provided some short and long-term recommendations for the company to survive in the globalization era and to develop for future and sustains ability on the basis of the major findings.
