This special study deals with the design and implementation of a data base system for time series data and various kinds of statistics for Thailand. The main purpose of the data base is to support programs producing graphical presentation of the data ( another separate project); but other users may also find the system appropriate. An assumption was made that the users of this data base system have no computer programming background. Therefore a user oriented interface system for communication with the data base system is provided. Screens are provided for the user to specify the key of each segment in each topic.
