<br/><br/> This study covers the analysis of the existing system,  system design and a partial. implementation of the Vehicle  Registration and Taxation Information System for the Land  Transport Department.  The system comprises of tour subsystems related to  various divisions in the Department. conceptual. data bases are designed using the normalization technique and can be mapped to any data model. Logical databases an a related  programs are implemented using the IMS/VS data management facility at the Regional Computer center of the Asian Institute of Technology. All. tested data and reports are  prepared in English . In real implementation, Thai IMS/VS is  required.
