The paper shows that the increase in the degree of the family ownership, the greater firm performance. In addition, the marriage networks bri ng even more positive effects to the firm performance in Thailand. As the degree of the family ownership increase with the inclusive of the percentage of the share held by th e marriage networks, the larger firm performance. Moreover, the study notes that the fam ily type of ownership outperforms others type of ownership structure.
