This study concerns with designing a distribution system for Hanoi Golden Star Rubber Company. The focus of study was to design a distribution configuration for the concerned company A distribution configuration of two stage is designed to optimize the total cost involved and based on a Multiple-commodities incapacitated location-allocation model. A linear programming model has been developed and solved by LINDO software to find the optimum distribution configuration, which its total cost distribution cost is minimum.
