With the development of a country , the SMEs play more important parts for the Chinese economy. However , the overall of SMEs operational management is still under the experienced management. For the most SMEs, the high raw materials inventory should be increased company{u2019}s holding cost which leads to reduce profit of the company. In this research study, there is an interview and questionnaires for the company{u2019} s actual situation. It is clearer to identify the inventory obstacle for the company . There is an ERP solution through finding a suitable package for the company by analyzing two open source ERP packages and combining the company {u2019}s current situation . This research also shows the comparison result between the traditional experience procurement and ERP net purchase in order to help company to reduce the raw materials in an inventory.
