In this study, the Cantho Animal Fishery Products Processing Export enterprise, a state-owned enterprise, is concerned and analyzed both internal and external environments. In order to analyze and assess the enterprise' s operation, case method and strategic audit technique are used. The enterprise' s financial position is assessed by using financial ratio system. Then the enterprise' s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are determined ( S.W.O.T.).
