  <abstract>This thesis proposes Electronic Computer Aided Design (E-CAD) Software development having new features about flexible PCB layout design and using visualization technology in PCB Viewer. The research designs the software into two parts: PCB Layout software for designing two dimensional Printed Circuit Board layout by three dimensional electronic devices and PCB Viewer software for generating and decorating on the surface of consumer product with PCB layout. Geometric modeling method is applied in three dimensional device construction and surface drawing while computer graphics are used to manipulate Printed Circuit Board eg. transformation, rotation and view.</abstract>
