This study aims to investigate the factors enabling the green entrepreneurship with reference to the organic agriculture produce in Pakistan{u201F}s provinces namely,Sindh and Balochistan. A household survey questionnaire and in-depth interviews were carried out from the conventional famers, non-certified organic producers, Government and non - governmental officials. The data analysis techniques cross tabulation, percentage, and T-test, using the SPSS. The study depicted that a very high majority of pro ducers were found conventional and least proportion were identified as non - certified organic producers.The findings demonstrated that there was a significant decline of fresh entrants in agriculture operations. As a result, more than half of the farmers were found engaged in farming for more than two decades and a smallest proportion of those farmers were found in the farming for half a decade. A significant proportion of farmers highly agreed to adopt organic produce subject to be provided with required i nputs, knowledge and skills. In the environmental context, nearly an half of the famers perceived environmental values moderately and convincing majority were highly concerned regarding environmental changes and incline to adopt organic agriculture. For in stance, inorganic fertilizer seemed to have affected the farmers in all context i.e., social, economic and environmental (discussed in paper). Consequently, the highest proportion of farmers agreed to apply organic methods of farming. Further results indic ated that a very significant importance of market, production conditions and useful information and/or services to market organic agriculture in order to enable green entrepreneurship fully in both provinces of Pakistan .
