The contribution in which Thai Small and Medium Enterprises toward the country econoy are vast, extensive assistances from government agencies, authorities to help them promote their trade proven to partly accomplished the succession. It is time for SMEs start to observe, investigate, monitor themselve in order to strategically position their company through a careful study on every business related aspects. In an area relates to marketing, which is considered to play as one an important role in promoting business opportunities among the SMEs. This research has therefore been catTied out in order to assist this particular SME to identify its environment, potential market, analysis of that potential market as well as a set of marketing strategies which are recommended in order to achieve a preliminary studies. Although government agencies cliam to provide the extensive assistances and treatments to promote and encourage Thai SMEs, considering the access to these helpful actions among SMEs in the real world found to be relatively difficult. It is extremely difficult for company who has limited accesses, knowledges and most frequently issues relate to languages have obstruct the potential growths to all parties. In this research study, Vietnam are identified as the place for firm's potential growth by looking at the economic outlook of its country. A positive prospect toward fisheries industry provide an opportunity for this patiicular business to expand their business further for industrial marketing. The company target for industrial customer, segment who play differently from a consumer market. A careful understnading about the concept is needed, in order to learn through all aspect relate nature, behaviour, segments which each type of them is associated with. The set of recommendations are believed to provide the company potential opportunities to primarily direct firm ahead for the attempt to expand in potential market.
