The employment of disruptive technologies has radically changed the business functions, out of which supply chain management stands out as one. This study explored the trends of digital supply chain, technology enablers for digitalizing supply chain, and examined their impact in firm{u2019}s supply chain performance. Primarily, data were collected from 40 different manufacturing companies and big firm in Nepal through the use questionnaire instrument, while interviews were done with experts to accentuate the quality of the study. Results suggested that there is significant relationship between independent (Digit supply chain adoption), and dependent variables (Resource, Output). However, flexibility performance was found to have insignificant relationship with digital supply chain adoption. The results are interpreted and addresses in terms of implications for academics interested in the research topics, business managers and practitioners specializing in digital supply chains, and everyone else interested in understanding the effect of digital technologies on company{u2019}s supply chain performance.
