Financial statements are the lens on a business. Financial statements analysis calibrates the lens to bring business into focus. Imperfections in the financial statements can dirty the lens and distort the picture. Financial statements analysis can deal with the imperfections in financial statements to improve focus. This thesis proposes the new architecture of web application enabling the reduction of time of both management team and investor or financial analyst normally used to understand financial reports and perform an online analysis. The evaluation result showing that this proposed system is achieved its objective by introducing new type of automation process into this area.
